With the New Year comes resolution season. And if you’re anything like me, you might be feeling a little bit overwhelmed with all of the resolutions that people are making this year. So to make things easier for you, I’ve created a list of 7 resolutions that can help your online business in 2022!

Throughout the year many things can change with products or product lines. The new year is a great time to review your existing online listings to make sure that they are as detailed and up to date as possible. It is important to make sure all information is correct and you are free of typos. It is also important to make sure you have up to date and high quality photography. If you description, attributes, images need updating 2022 is the time to do it! Having a robust and accurate online listing is key to success in eCommerce.

Experiment With Custom Packaging

When purchasing a product online a customer often misses out on the in-store experience and because of this does not experience purchasing from a brand the same way we traditionally view the customer experience. January is great time to look inward at your logistics and see if any changes or adaptations need to be made.
