You can use the same thank you note every time they order from your store, but it doesn’t have to be a boring “thank you for shopping at our store.” Instead, think of creative ways to say thanks! Maybe include something special like a coupon or special offer. Don’t be afraid to get personal with your thank you and let them know what their purchase purchase means to you, your family, and your business.

Offer Discounts Or Free Shipping During The Holidays

Customer appreciation sales and free holiday shipping are great ways to say thanks to your customers. During the thanksgiving and holiday season, you can offer discounts or free shipping with certain purchase amounts – like $10 off a purchase of more than $100! Those kinds of deals help ensure people get what they want (and hopefully return for future purchases too).
